Verifica sursa link-ului, acolo ai probleme.

Sursa link-ului inseamna asta <source src="http://'.$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']/fisier.php?id='.$_GET['id-ul fisierului'].'" type="video/ mp4">
Aici ai probleme la redarea fisierului.
Poate intr-un final intelegi.
